Run Matlab image from Jenkins pipeline to perform Matlab related operations

Hello,

I am trying to run the matlab image through Jenkins pipeline to perform matlab related operations on simulink models. As i am new to this topic, i would like to know if there any examples that can help me setup Jenkins pipeline to perform aforementioned task.
