Ran in:
Use flipud
A = reshape(1:12,[3 4]);
A'
ans = 4×3
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
flipud(A')
ans = 4×3
10 11 12 7 8 9 4 5 6 1 2 3
