新しいPCにライセンスを移行する方法はQ&Aに掲載されていましたが、PCが故障したため記載されていた方法のアクティベーション停止の手順を実行できません。この状態で、別のPCであらためてライセンスのあるMatlab製品を使うためにはどうすればよいですか？

下記公式回答や類似質問のようにライセンス センターにアクセスして手動で停止する必要があります。
