No MATLAB resources available

I am running the MATLAB Onramp but it stalls at Review Problems(61%)

The error is "No MATLAB resources available". Even though I restart my computer, the error is still not handled.

There was an outage between 2:01 AM and 6:50 AM EST according to the Application Status page. Were you trying to use MATLAB Onramp during that time? If so try now, since the outage is reported fixed.

I get the same message when I try to continue a MATLAB training course: "No MATLAB resources available".

According to the above mentioned MathWorks Status page all systems are up and running. Why can I not continue the training course right now?

Now it works again. It would be helpful if there is a reliable up to date complete information source from where it becomes clear where the real problem is.

The Application Status page indicates there was an outage starting around 3 AM EDT. That notification indicates it was reported fixed around 7:16 AM EDT.
