Specifically the SPI interface?

hola Shamnad, tengo el mismo problema no puedo enlazar raspberry pi3 b+ con matlab, estuve viendo el link pero esta caido, porfa si me puedes colaborar. gracias!

Raspberry Pi Support Package has been updated to support Model B+ board. The update, v14.1.2, has been released on 9/4/2014.

Nice, but if you have matlab 13b it is not downloaded.

Try installation after deleting the folders related to Raspberry Pi in C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2013b
