help! monte carlo simulation of light transport with non-normal incidence

Hello, I am trying to simulate a Gaussian shape laser beam profile with Monte Carlo, but the laser beam is not normal incidence,it is angled.I don't know how to do that, can anybody help me with it? Thanks so much!!

Hello, I am also confused by the Monte Carlo simulation, do you konw how to simulate the normal angle with Matlab? I hope for your help.
