'downsample' Command Not Working

After newly installed version of MATLAB 2021b and the "Signal Processing Toolbox", MATLAB will no longer recognize the command 'downsample'. This happens on a code that ran on MATLAB 2020b as well as the example I get out of the MATLAB documentation. I get the error "Unrecognized function or variable 'downsample' ".

Searching the community message board and internet has not yielded a solution. Can someone point me in the right direction to solve this issue? Thank you.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Signal Processing Toolbox and that seems to have solved the problem.
