Daubechies Filter for ECG Heartbeat Signal

Hi all,

I am trying to apply Daubechies Filter 6 to my ECG Heartbeat Signals. I have 260 length ECG Heartbeat Signal. Main purpose for applying filter is denoising my signal. My expectation is getting result like below:

I tried everything but I can't get result like that. Authors says in the paper:

Removal of noise: Denoising and baseline removal of all ECG signals was performed with Daubechies wavelet 6 filters.

Could you please help me how to apply the filter to ECG Heartbeat signal?
