Why do I get license manager error - 39?

Hello guys,
When I open the Matlab is all ok but, when I open the Simulink I receive the following error:
Can you help me, please?

You are using a Network license, probably a Group license.
If I remember the messages correctly, the message you are getting is only given when the group license does include Simulink, but that the administrators did not include your account (or your computer) on the list as being permitted to use the Simulink license.

If I am correct, then you need to arrange with the license administration to let you have access to Simulink.
Depending on the environment, that might be a two minute email message... but unfortunately in other environments it could require writing a multi-page justification that has to be approved by the Dean....

Seems like your license doesn't include Simulink support? Simulink is an extra component on top of matlab.
