Related to steady state partial differential equation

I want to code the partial diffrential equation for the cylindrical coordinate system. The equation is

u*Dc/Dz-(Der/r)*d/dr(rdCi/dr)-kgCirhob

with bc

z=0 Ci=C0

r=0 dCi/dr=0

r=dt/2 dCi/dr=0

I have used the pdepe format but i was not able to obtain results. Are there any example related to this one. Please help me urgently in this regard
