odeset ode15s tolerance

Hi,

I wolud know what happens if i change the relative or absolute tolerance of ode15s with the relative comand. For example if i change del raltive tolerance from 10^-5 to 10^-6 and the absolute one from 10^-7 to 10^-8? I don't understand what is the relative and the absolute tolerance in practical terms. if I reduce both the tolerances, I should get a better precision of ode(?)
