use svaed neural network

Dear All;

I have trained a NN for pattern recognition and i saved the net . Now , Iam trying to use it in another file but i got the following error , can you help in that:

"Subscript indices must either be real positive integers or logicals.

My code:

    [x2,TXT3,RAW3]=xlsread('Sh.xlsx','Test');
      [t2,TXT4,RAW4]=xlsread('Sh.xlsx','Out_Test');

x1=x2';
t2=t2';

net= load ('VsgVslnet.mat') ;
test1 = net(x1)
