Isdir command issue in Matlab R2014

I have an issue in executing isdir command for the directory which is a symbolic link to another directory.
Until Matlab 2013 it is returning true but in Matlab 2014 it is returning false.I don’t know why there is a difference? Can you help me in this regard.
