Stateflow: Error using "export chart level graphical functions(make global)"

Hello,

I'm using some simulink functions in a stateflow chart. This chart contains different states and some of these states I want to make them atomic subcharted in order to generate code in a different file.

To use atomic states, I've checked the following chart option: "Export chart level Graphical Function(Make global)".

The problem now is that I'm getting this error :

"This chart (#4) exports the Simulink function 'xxx' (#7). This might lead to unexpected behavior if this function is called from another chart when this chart is disabled."

Does anybody knows how can I fix this? Thanks!
