Gradient Adjusted Predictor (GAP) predict and reconstruct

Hi, I want to implemant GAP predictor for image compression but I don't know have I can reconstruct image from error.

Do you know any implementation about GAP method Or any suggestion?

I created code from this image for compute error from source image.
