I want to import the HERE HD Live Map data, but when i fill in Access Key ID and Access Key Secret, Roadrunner crashes.

I use tutorial for Generating 3D scenes from HD Map data (https://www.mathworks.com/help/roadrunner/ref/scenebuildertool.html#mw_cb8c5f7f-872d-4665-a011-be1eadcbe5c9). But when I want to import the HERE HD Live Map data, when i fill in Access Key ID and Access Key Secret, Roadrunner crashes.

Could someone help me please?

Hi @Jan Sustek,

A known bug in the RoadRunner R2021a Update 1 is known to cause crashes. So if you are using RoadRunner R2021a Update 1 release, update to the most current release to resolve the issue. Also, please make sure you have a license to the Scene Builder tool to be able to build the data.

If the issue persists, please send me the crash log file that would be generated in your home directory in order to assist you better.
