How to import kmz file or import a google earth gui in matlab?

I have geotagged images in geosetter app and imported them in goolge Earth app to map the images in their corresponding locations. But I want to import this in Matlab. The file type that I imported in google earth is in .kmz format. Can someone help me? Thanks

Hi do you know integrating Google Earth in Mathlab GUI? I want to try it but I don't have the API key which they say is not for free. Do you know where can I access an API key which is free from billing? Thanks
