Order beeing processed more the 3 days

On March 5th i ordered to renew my subscription to MathWorks Software Maintenance Service. Soon i got an email stating that the order is beeing processed. It is March 9th today and the order status is the same. What could be the issue? How do i get my order completed?

Thank you, unfortunately there are only support numbers for legal bodies in my country, guess patience is the only choice
