MQTT interval update for ESP32 + Relay

I have awared that the free license has a limitation of 15 second update interval.
However, I'm using a ESP32 + Relay module to turn on/off a lamp at home. In this case, the lamp might be turned on immediately, but not possible to turn it off right away. I have to wait until the 15 seconds passed before I could turn off the lamp. Am I right?
Any recommendation to solve my issue?
