Difference between Blue Simscape and Black Simscape Mosfet

If Search Simulink library browser, there are Blue

MOSFET(or N-Channel MOSFET) and Black Mosfet one

I hope to know what difference these MOSFET(or IGBT, Passive element, etc)

The blue one is in the Simscape language and is compatible with all Simscape components. The black one is for "Specialized Power Systems" and can only be used with other blocks from the "Specialized Power Systems" library. Those components are optimized for certain types of simulation and analyses in power systems studies.
