Turn a .jpg image into 4x4 dimension puzzle??

I have the challenge of turning a .jpg image into a 4 x 4 dimension puzzle that will allow the user to control and move the pieces back together. Can you help me create a code that will do this?

This is my code but it only works for 3x3 and I want to use it for 4x4

I see your code as an image, but I have no interest in typing in the code by hand to show you how to do it, and my version of MATLAB cannot run images.

Since you have shown the code in the image format, might as well attach the code you have written, together with a sample image (preferably with Creative Commons license) for troubleshooting purposes.
