How do I install the MinGW compiler on an offline computer?

Hi,

i would like to install the MinGW compiler on a computer that does not have access to internet.

The two options i have found here are the Add-on Menu or the mingw.mlpkginstall file, but both need internet connection to do their job.

Anyone has an idea ? (i am using MATLAB R2019b, and i need that compiler to work both on MATLAB and AMESIM)
