Matlab Parallel Computing - lockdown test error

i have some problem to connect mdce service

first,

WARNING The hostname and canonical hostname do not match. sim16 may be misconfigured or the domain name service may not be set up correctly.

second,

ERROR com.mathworks.toolbox.parallel.admincenter.testing.infra.util.TestFailureException: Test execution on sim16:27352 failed. Cause: com.mathworks.toolbox.distcomp.control.ControlExceptionFactory$HostPortException: An error occurred while connecting to the mdce service on the host sim16.: This might indicate: - the mdce service is not running on the host sim16, - the communication port (27352) is blocked, or - the mdce service is not using the target base port (27350).: This might indicate: - the mdce service is not running on the host sim16, - the communication port (27352) is blocked, or - the mdce service is not using the target base port (27350).

what can i do? and i use windows7
