How to see the value of outputs in ANFIS

i want to calculate precision / recall / F-score and to do that i need the exact value of the ANFIS output , the GUI of ANFIS in matlab only provide the RMSE and when the RMSE is high i can't see the value from the graph .

You can use this function called evalfis() . This syntax is given below:

output = evalfis(fis, input)
