How i can find the relationship between Fuel cell efficiency and power on Simulink. ( i am using the Fuel cell stack component provided by simulink).

I am working on simulink and i am trying to simulate a system with Fuel cell as power source. I am using the Fuel cell stack component provided by simulink and i want to find the relationship between Fuel cell efficiency and power in my case, for example as shown in Screenshot in order to observe how much the efficiency changes as the load demand changes . How i can create a variable load in order to achieve my purpose.?

A starting point would be to use a Controlled Current Source with a Simulink-PS Converter to create a variable load.
