Consider the following simple block diagram:
I get the following output on the scope:
What is going on here? If the integrated function was shifted by some constant of integration C, that would be understandable. But why the change in amplitude?

It looks like the input sine wave is
sin(2*pi/2*t) = sin(pi*t)
The output of the integrator should be
-1/pi*cos(pi*t) + C
Because the IC on the integrator is zero, C is then
-1/pi + C = 0 -> C = 1/pi.
So the integrator output should be
-1/pi*cos(pi*t) + 1/pi
which looks like result in the scope.
