TMDSCNCD28335: How to use External Mode is not running in SImulink

does anybody have used TI TMDSCNCD28355 control card successfully in external mode using simulink, then let me what is the procedure because i am getting following error while connecting it using simulink

Hi Shibu,

The error message mentioned by you indicates that communication was interrupted between the host and target, or that communication was never started at all.

There are a number of possible causes. Please confirm the switch/jumper settings being used on the device, if applicable. These should match the settings spelled out in the TI User Guide for the device, and on the Set up Serial Communication documentation page linked below.
