Installing and Running SplitLab 1.0.5

I'm using MATLAB R2021A and have tried to install Splitlab 1.0.5 downloaded from the following website:

http://splitting.gm.univ-montp2.fr/

As written in the manual I ran the install_SplitLab.m file. I have added the paths mentioned in the Troubleshooting section of the User manual. This is what I get when I tried running SplitLab after that:

>> splitlab

Unrecognized field name "fax".

Error in configpanelUSER (line 54)

'String', config.request.fax,...

Error in splitlab (line 39)

configpanelUSER;

If anyone has experience using SplitLab please help.
