I have used MOSFETs as switches in my simulink model. How to adjust their switching frequency?

Hello Garima
It is my understanding that you want to change and adjust the switching frequency of the MOSFET in your simulink model.
The switching ON and OFF of MOSFET depends upon the volatge Vgs and the gate pulse applied.
So , by changing the frequency of the applied gate pulse we can control or adjust the switching frequency of the MOSFET.
