If you leave it up to us to try to guess everything about your dataset, you won't get much help.
What form does your dataset takes? Is it a matrix (of size?) or an actual matlab dataset, a cell array, a bunch of files?
How do you know which part of the dataset correspond to each day, what do you want to take the average of, etc.?
