i want to convert the matrix in column vector.

i want to convert matrix in column vector and then convert back the vector inn a matrix.

but the matrix i have is a double band image A= (:,:,2), , after processing it i have only one vector , now i want to convert it back in to image

it completely depends on how you process the image and how it has turned from 2d into 1D. can you describe it / show you code?
