Error tlc-file building

Hello!

I need help! I try to generate code of S-Function block. When I push "Build", there is error: "MFile S-functions without a corresponding TLC file are not supported". This S-function was builded in version Matlab 6.5. How I can build this tlc-file for this S-function? May be this error from S-Function .p-file version, so How I can rebuild .p-file?
