How to change dimensions of output window

I am trying to run a pre-designed simulator, but it's output is not coming in full screen, please help.

The problem is with plotting correctly. there seems no output in the window. Do you get any error messages when trying to plot graphs ? Please show or attach your full code

Did you try
g = gcf;
g.WindowState = 'maximized'
