Hi Balamurugan P
The error is normally caused by an internal Certificate Authority configuration.
There are a few solutions available to resolve this issue.
After each step, try to reinstall the Support Package again:
- Change the Network: Attempt the installation using a different network, such as a different Wi-Fi or LAN connection.
- Disable Security Applications: Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software and then retry the installation.
- Whitelist the MathWorks domain: If you are using a university or another network with IT involvement, speak with your network administrator to whitelist both ‘services.mathworks.com’ and ‘login.mathworks.com’ domains. This allows the MATLAB installer to connect without requiring additional certificates. Note that some third-party Support Packages may use additional domains for installation.
- Log into the MathWorks website: Visit ‘www.mathworks.com’ and log into your MathWorks Account before attempting the installation.
