Why does the license center say I don't have a linked license, but I really do.

The license center says I don't have a linked license:

"Your MathWorks Account is not currently linked to any licenses. To proceed, Link a license.".

In my MathWorks account page, under My Software, I have an active license listed. When I copy the license number from my MathWorks account page and type it into the license center input page "Link a License to my MathWorks Account" it comes back with a message saying the license is already linked to my account:

"Success; This license is already linked to your MathWorks Account."

But he license center still says:

"Your MathWorks Account is not currently linked to any licenses. To proceed, Link a license."

How do I get out of this endless loop? I need to download my license key for an offline install of MATLAB. The only way I know to get the license key is through the license center, but it doesn't seem to be working properly.
