Please Help with Iris Recognition/Detection Project.

Hi guys,,is there anybody familiar with Iris recognition or Iris detection using matlab?? i really need help if u can,,i am working with this project,,i am using libor masek source code,,i have some question,, 1. What is the best resolution for the image?? 2. Is there any requirement for the image??,, i mean the image must contain only the Pupil and iris or can be whole eye and eyelash. 3. How to configure range of iris and pupil radii variable manually?? because in this code is using CASIA Variable, and my segmented image always not perfect,,and i intend to change manually the variable.
