VideoWriter - Error using FilesLoad

When trying to a video using VideoWriter function and I am returned the following error:
Error using FilesLoad (line 119)
Unable to find file. Ensure file exists and path is valid.
The code is simply:
writerObj = VideoWriter("Controller1:50 Controller2:20.avi");

Are you using Windows? Colon is not a valid character in a windows file name except for drive indicator
