big programming need to parallel compution

when i run my programming,i need spend lots of time to wait it ,so i need knowledge about parallel compution or matlab's setting and let my computer run fast!!

can anyone provide me with some useful web or books?thanks

Hi Tony Kevine,

I understand that your code is taking too long to execute and you're looking to use parallel computation to speed up the same. So, Background Processing might help to run your code fast. Pass your function to the “parfeval” along with the inputs required to run in the background and continue running your other functions in the foreground.
