i am using nasa 93 dataset for effort estimation through functional approximation. can u please give me information about matlab code that how is it possibleto give various features as input in functional link neural network and to get minimum error in output

thanks for the help i am using nftool now but i don't know what is the R value in it which is giving me fluctuating results..... Is there any method to get less error values so that i am able to achieve nearby actual values
