How to use importdata to import the data from a csv file

I am trying to use importdata to import data from a csv file but everytime it doesnt read the data from where I want it to which is cell 5. It also gives me the headers but it doesnt give me the rest of the data. This is what I did but i dont know how to fix this problem.

It would be really helpful if you could give more details regarding what output you are getting and what is your expected output.
