Hint: using For Loop

for  i=1:5000
    H=sqrt(0.5)*(randn+1i*randn)*(1/sqrt(2));
end 

If you want to store the H in each iteration, use a cell array {} to store the iterated data, use the memory preallocation before use the array in the loop.
