Why I am getting Ladder like structure while doing scatter plot?

First Image is the scatter plot between two variable. It shows the one to one aggrement between two variables.
But When I zoomed the particular section I am looking ladder like structure.
Why this is seen?

It appears as if the resolution for your x variable is limited to 0.0001.
