While doing MATLAB hardware set up, this error has been occurred, cannot find out why this happened, Please help

Before installing and going for set-up:

• Kindly check the system requirements for different MATLAB version from here.
• Follow the procedure as mentioned in this video. You may also refer to the steps mentioned in this ML answer.
