MATLAB Parallel Computing Toolbox missing in Addon Explorer

Hi,

My license includes PCT and I am using Matlab R2022b. When I search the Addon explorer for the Parallel Computing Toolbox, it does not come up on the list.

However on another computer with the same Mathworks account and same MATLAB version, the addon is available. Why?
