spmd performance

Hi I run a spmd in matlab,and I send an array to all workers before spmd and distribute another array in smpd but my problem is: when my array is large, speedup dosent exist however my workers dont need any comunication by each other but as I increase number of cluster's node, Speed up decrease. thanks in advance

I found my mistake I wasnot sent all data to workers and they were read them in every iteration in loop. I sent all before loop and it worked.
