Can’t find the ti f280039c in downloaded support package

I am facing a problem of not finding the processor written in this link: https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/texasinstrumentsc2000/ug/Supported-TI-C2000-Processors.html?searchHighlight=f280039c&s_tid=srchtitle_f280039c_1 I was looking for (ti f280039c) and i am using matlab 2018a and i downloaded the support package and installed it and when i go to setting and configurations i cant find the needed processor.

According to the link below, support for F28003x processors wasn't added until R2022a.
