Uploading my code, with DataSet on this forum

Hi All
My Question is slight non technical, but on how to use the community fourm.,,
I can see that i can upload a code on here, but how do upload some data on here? Do i simple attach it or is there another process as i would like to display some plots which are dependent on that data.

The ‘Help’ section (click on the ‘More’ just to the right of ‘Browse’ above the title in this page and select the last item in the dropdown list) links to About MATLAB Answers . The fifth bullet should provide the information you want.
