I am trying to install paid version at my laptop.

I want to use my paid service, my laptop is changed now I am not able install my new laptop, I beg your kind solution.

I understand that you want to use the MATLAB license linked to your old machine on the new machine. For License and installation related issues, contact MathWorks support using the Contact Us page.
