Yes, for all license types except for Dedicated Host licenses.
(In practice Dedicated Host will probably run provided that different versions of MATLAB are being used.)

Thanks for the quick response.
What does "Dedicated Host licenses!" mean? I use the free version. Two accounts don't work together. When activating one account, the second one stops updating. How to create different versions of MATLAB?
A Dedicated Host license is a MATLAB license that permits anyone who sits at the physical console of a computer to use matlab on that computer. If is inherently one person at a time since computers only have one physical console.
Imagine for example a library that has a computer that offers matlab. With that license, anyone off of the street would be permitted to use matlab on that machine, without needing an individual licence.
There are no free versions of MATLAB.
The closest would be that apparently anyone with a MATLAB Central account can use MATLAB Online for up to 20 hours per month without having a matlab license. I have not verified that.
You can install any number of versions of MATLAB on the same computer, provided that you have licenses for a version at least that new. You just run the appropriate installer and it will automatically pick a directory to install into. (The situation might be a little different on Linux)
Are you possibly using a Trial license? It is unusual (but possible) to have more than one trial license at a time.

I didn't mean to install any version of MATLAB. I created two users in ThingSpeak with different accounts and found that they were not working at the same time. If one is activated, the second one stops updating, and when you try to edit it, it requires sing in.
Sorry, I know very little about ThingSpeak. I recommend that you create a discussion in the ThingSpeak community; https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/topics/thingspeak.html?q=&page=1
