Error on website: can't get Certificate after completing Simulink Fundamentals

Recently, I have completed Simulink Fundamentals yet for some reason website doesn't recognize the Subsystems module to be 100% completed (I actually refinished it few times already, but to no avail).

My desktop Simulink show 100% completion of the course:

But Mathworks website shows only 98%

It doesn't acknowledge masking subsystems as completed DESPITE that I have completed it multiple times already:

Is that some way to fix it? I want my certificate to be 100% completed, not 98%

EDIT: It worked after restarting MATLAB and running Simulink Fundamentals again ( I had to solve subsystems once more, as it showed them uncompleted).

I think mathworks should fix it as their server is not working properly.
